Job summary

Cleft of the Rock is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to build relationships with local business owners, present insurance solutions, and mentor teammates in person. You will train new staff and grow the team while delivering real peace of mind to clients.

This in-person role in Chattanooga offers a compensation range of $85,000 to $105,000 per year plus draw pay, commissions, and bonuses, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (licensing assistance provided).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to perform in-person B2B and individual sales.
• Ability to train and mentor teammates and drive team growth.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.
• Present supplemental insurance solutions aligned with client needs.
• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
• Train and support new team members to build confidence and success.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build meaningful relationships with business owners, managers, and employees
• Present supplemental insurance solutions that align with client needs
