Job summary

Cleft of the Rock in Flower Mound, TX is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer. You will connect with local business owners, listen to their needs, and help them find insurance solutions while training and mentoring teammates.

Compensation includes draw pay, commissions, and bonuses. Location is in-person with B2B and individual sales; schedule is Monday–Friday with weekends as needed. Licensing assistance is provided for Health & Life insurance.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (licensing assistance provided).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to train and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.
• Present supplemental insurance solutions that align with client needs.
• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
• Train and support new team members, helping them build confidence and success.

As an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer, you'll do more than sell — you'll serve. Along the way, you'll also train and mentor others, using your natural warmth and people skills to help your team grow and succeed.
