Job summary

Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to build relationships with local business owners and individuals. The role combines sales with mentorship, training new team members, and driving growth in the field.

You will present health and life solutions, conduct group presentations, and provide ongoing support while working in-person with clients. Compensation includes base plus draw pay, commissions, bonuses, and licensing assistance where needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain a license (licensing assistance provided).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to train and mentor others while selling.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.
• Present supplemental insurance solutions that align with client needs.
• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
