Job summary

Cleft of the Rock, Inc. in Tennessee is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to build relationships with local business owners and provide insurance solutions. You will also train and mentor teammates to grow the sales team's capabilities.

This in-person role features draw pay, commissions, bonuses, and pathways for professional growth, with licensing assistance for Health & Life insurance.

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain a license (licensing assistance and reimbursement provided)

Your Role

As an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer, you'll do more than sell — you'll serve. You'll connect with local business owners, listen to their needs, and help them find insurance solutions that make a real difference. Along the way, you'll also train and mentor others, using your natural warmth and people skills to help your team grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 per year with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends as needed
