Cleft of the Rock, Inc. in Texas is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer who will build relationships with business owners, present insurance solutions, and conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.

This role also trains and mentors teammates, leveraging a compassionate, service-minded approach to help the team grow. Licensing in Health & Life is required or provided, with draw pay and commissions.

As an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer, you'll do more than sell - you'll serve. You'll connect with local business owners, listen to their needs, and help them find insurance solutions that make a real difference. Along the way, you'll also train and mentor others, using your natural warmth and people skills to help your team grow and succeed.
