Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in a dynamic, leading digital marketing company. You will sell a range of digital marketing solutions, build a strong book of business, and present both virtually and in person to diverse prospects.

Responsibilities

• Selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Offering websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.
• Growing your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions for retaining clients through strong account management.
• Performing virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Building strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different.

Outside Sales Representative

We are looking for an Outside Sales position with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry. Hibu is here to set you up with best‑in‑class training so you can win and grow your career.

Compensation

Year 1 on‑target earnings: $70,000–$85,000 with the ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
Year 2 on‑target earnings: $90,000–$106,000.
