Job summary

Hibu is hiring for an Outside Sales role in a hybrid environment, offering a base salary plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. The position includes comprehensive training and a clear path for advancement, with on-target earnings in the six-figure range starting in year one.

You will sell digital marketing solutions across websites, ads, and reputation management, while prospecting new business and delivering compelling client presentations to diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience desired in digital marketing or related field.
• Ability to sell solutions across multiple digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Cover Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow your book by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions.
• Deliver presentations in virtual or in-person settings and build client relationships.

Year 1 on-target earnings between $100,000-$120,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $132,000-$152,000.
