Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales professional in Wichita to grow a book of business selling digital marketing solutions to small businesses. You will prospect, qualify needs, present websites, search/display ads, reputation management and SEO, and earn uncapped commissions plus a base salary with full benefits.

This hybrid role offers field and home-office work, comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training, a clear path to leadership, and rewards such as an annual President’s Club trip for top

• Cold call business owners in a designated territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow your book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries.
