Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC in Coppell, TX is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day, measure properties accurately, and write on-site quotes using our pricing tools.

This outside sales role relies on meeting homeowners, building trust, and closing projects. Leads are provided and you will earn uncapped commissions with top reps clearing $120k+; paid training and mileage reimbursement are included.

Qualifications

We're looking for a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure their property, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role — you'll be at customers' homes 4–6 days a week.

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area

• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process

• Follow up with prospects until they decide

• Hit a monthly closing target — we'll teach you the system

• Reliable vehicle and a smartphone (we'll reimburse mileage)

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading a property survey
