As a Relationship Manager, you'll be part of a sales team revolutionizing business operations. Using a consultative approach, you'll identify, build relationships, and sign up new businesses locally. Understanding their needs, you'll develop customized solutions to help their business thrive.

The role offers performance-based compensation, including commissions, residuals, and portfolio ownership. We also provide recognition programs, 401(k) matching, medical, dental, vision coverage, and mental health benefits.

Responsibilities
  1. Create a list of potential clients and manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
  2. Perform compelling demos that impress prospects.
  3. This is a work-from-home, field sales role; local residence is required.
  4. Collaborate across teams to ensure sales promises are fulfilled.
  5. Use Atlas, our sales tool, effectively to manage activities.
  6. Understand competitors and highlight Heartland’s advantages.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. At least 18 years old.
  2. Valid driver’s license for client visits.
  3. Background check after offer acceptance.
  4. Mandatory drug screening around the 60th day.
  5. Reside in the area relative to the job location.
  6. Ability to spend at least 75% of the time in the field.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Completion of drug screening around the 60th day.
Additional Requirements
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Self-motivated with creativity and flexibility.
  • Experience in cold-calling and canvassing.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Must live locally to be considered.
