Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Leverage our exclusive platform to connect with individuals who have shown interest in life insurance products, enabling you to engage and serve clients.
• Client Engagement: Present and promote life insurance solutions by conducting needs assessments to help clients make informed decisions that align with their financial goals and insurance requirements.
• Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships through regular follow-ups and ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Training & Development: Participate in live, company-wide coaching sessions and learn from top-performing virtual sales reps.
• Sales Tracking: Use tools to maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and progress toward individual goals.
• Compliance: Ensure activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies, safeguarding client information and upholding ethical practices.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
