Job summary

Refloor is hiring a results-driven field sales professional to earn commissions by helping homeowners choose flooring solutions. You’ll meet clients in-home, close sales using warm company-provided leads, and deliver a five-star experience. No cold calling and ongoing coaching will sharpen your skills.

Expect a 4-week paid training, start earning commission by week 3, and opportunities to earn $120K+ for top performers. Flexible schedule includes evenings and Saturdays to reach more customers.
