Job summary

Refloor is seeking a results-driven in-home sales representative in Ohio to help homeowners choose flooring solutions and close sales using company-provided leads.

You’ll receive 4-week paid training, earn commissions, and enjoy ongoing coaching in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your performance directly impacts income. Flexible schedule includes weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays as needed.
