Job summary

Sales Focus Inc. in Rockford, IL is hiring Outside Sales Representatives to represent Constellation Energy in a B2B, in-person capacity. You will cover your own territory, visit local businesses, and present fixed-rate energy plans with guaranteed base pay and uncapped commissions.

This is a full-time W-2 role with paid training, health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k), and generous PTO: 2 weeks, plus 10 paid holidays. OTE ranges from $75,000 to $100,000+ per year.
