Your Role:
Your Profile:
· Proven record of success in outside sales or strong desire to pursue a sales career
· Highly detail oriented, self-motivated with a strong work ethic
· Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
· Ability to work independently and unsupervised while achieving sales goals
· Strong relationship building and customer service skills
· Team oriented and focused with a positive attitude
· Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools
· Strategic thought process and decision-making
· Strong organization and time-management skills
· Ability to prioritize daily responsibilities ensuring speed-to-market
· Enjoy interacting with customers and building relationships in an industrial setting
· Possess basic mechanical aptitude (light hand tools)
· Willing to travel as necessary to support out-of-territory opportunities
· Experience in material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred
Requirements:
·Technical or bachelor’s degree in business, sales or related field preferred
·1-3 years of outside sales experience preferred
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office
·Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work safely in a warehouse and office environment
