Florida Window & Door is looking for an In-Home Sales Representative to join its growing team. This commission-based position offers an average annual earning of $150K+, with top performers earning over $300K.

You’ll work with pre-qualified appointments, focusing on building relationships and presenting high-quality solutions in hurricane protection. The role requires strong communication skills and a competitive mindset.

Formación

What We're Looking For

Home improvement sales experience is a plus, but not required. If you know how to connect with customers, overcome objections, and close, we want to talk to you.

Compensation & Benefits

• Paid training
• 10% commission + bonuses
• $150K+ average annual earnings

Schedule & Requirements

• Full-time
• Monday-Saturday
• One weekday + Sunday off
• Travel to in-home appointments, potentially up to 90 minutes from your home
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
