Job summary

Flow Control Group in Stockton, CA is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales professional to develop and execute a plan to exceed goals, prospect new customers, and grow existing accounts through solution-based selling.

You will collaborate with product specialists, conduct demonstrations, and stay current on market trends, while maintaining CRM records and providing feedback to leadership. Bachelor's preferred in engineering or related field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in industrial automation, process control, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of valves, instrumentation, flow control, and automation products.
• Proven ability to manage a sales territory and meet/exceed quotas.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
