Job summary

FCX Performance is an Outside Sales Representative in the Bayport/Pasadena area. FCX Performance/Baro Controls develops relationships with current customers and our outside sales team, impacting customer satisfaction within the industrial marketplace.

The role requires proven outside sales experience in the industrial sector, with knowledge of valves and automation-instrumentation-flow control; proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is a plus, and the position emphasizes strategic planning,

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales in the industrial marketplace.
• Valves and automation-instrumentation-flow control knowledge preferred.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office; SAP/ERP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in retaining customers and developing new business, building repeat sales and managing a territory.
• Technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and lunch & learns.
• Be strategic, organized, and technologically savvy in your approach to managing your sales territory.
• Maintain sales records, pipeline reporting, and generate relevant sales and market reports on a quarterly, annual, and as needed basis.
• Responsible for helping set sales target goals and marketing strategies.

As an Outside Sales Representative with FCX Performance/Baro Controls, you will establish and expand relationships with current customers and our outside sales team. You will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction!
