Job summary

FCX Performance in Stafford, TX, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to identify customer needs for pumps, valves and instrumentation. You will build repeat sales and manage a defined territory with strategic, technology-driven approaches.

Responsibilities include delivering technical presentations, maintaining records, and supporting sales targets and marketing initiatives. A strong industrial sales background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales within the industrial marketplace.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Valve/instrumentation/flow control knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retain customers and develop new business within a local territory.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops.
• Be strategic, organized, and tech-savvy in territory management.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in retaining customers and developing new business, building repeat sales and managing a territory.
• Technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and lunch & learns.
• Be strategic, organized, and technologically savvy in your approach to managing your sales territory.
• Maintain sales records, pipeline reporting, and generate relevant sales and market reports on a quarterly, annual, and as needed basis.
• Responsible for helping set sales target goals and marketing strategies.

Position Requirements

• Proven outside sales within the industrial marketplace.
• Valve-instrumentation-flow control knowledge preferred!
• Self-motivated & aggressive in sales tactics and strategies; desire to close sales!
• Computer proficiency including MS office, SAP/ERP/P-21 a plus!

• Bachelor’s Degree/Equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
