Job summary

AmericanWindowFilm is seeking an Outside Sales Rep/Field Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

You will travel across your territory, meet with clients, measure windows, and generate a high volume of estimates while pursuing new opportunities. This role connects with potential customers and provides window film and graphics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong attention to detail and polished organizational skills
• Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or PDF-XChange is a plus
• Excellent communication (oral/written), sales, and customer service skills
• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
• Must have a valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships
• Meet with clients onsite to understand their project goals, take measurements and advise on product selections
• Build estimates based on architectural plans and work with general contractors to provide accurate proposals
• Ensure all estimates are accurate and delivered on time
• Proactively manage a sales process within the company CRM
• Provide great customer service and represent the company in a positive and professional manner
• Demonstrate teamwork by collaborating with multiple departments on projects
• Other duties as related and directed
