Job summary

3 Day Blinds is looking for a Design Consultant who will meet clients in their homes, understand their needs, and guide them through selecting custom window treatments. You will design space solutions, present options, and close sales with company-provided leads and supportive training.

You’ll travel locally, manage appointments, and build relationships to drive referrals. A strong performer can earn a substantial income with uncapped commissions, paid training, and growth within a national

We are offering a $3,000 sign‑on bonus for new Design Consultants who are part of the San Diego market. Terms are as follows: $1500 will be paid out after 30 days and an additional $1,500 will be paid after 60 days of service and good‑standing and active employment with 3 Day Blinds.
