Job summary

3 Day Blinds seeks an energetic in-home Sales Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide purchases to close sales. You’ll travel locally, manage your schedule, and leverage company-provided leads for successful engagements.

Uncapped commissions accompany strong earning potential, with paid training and a path for growth within a national brand. Training covers products, sales process, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• No prior design experience required.
• Backgrounds in sales, hospitality, customer service, or retail perform well.
• Must have reliable transportation and capable of traveling locally.
• Able to work evenings and at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in homes to assess needs and recommend window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions for each space.
• Guide clients through buying process and close sales.
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Generate additional business through referrals and networking.
