Job summary

3 Day Blinds is seeking a sales professional to visit clients in their homes, understand their needs, and design custom window treatments during a single, personalized visit. You will work with company-provided leads and receive paid training to enable success.

Uncapped earning potential comes from commissions on closed sales, with local travel and flexible scheduling including some evenings and weekends. This is a dynamic, high-energy role with a path to growth within a national brand.

Qualifications

• Backgrounds in sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, or other fast-paced environments accepted.
• No prior design experience required.

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend custom window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions for each space.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales.

Who You Are

• A people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others
• Motivated by performance and excited about uncapped earning potential
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments
• Open to working evenings and at least one weekend day
• Have reliable transportation and are comfortable traveling locally
