3 Day Blinds in California is seeking an energetic in-home design consultant. You will meet clients in their homes, understand needs, and guide them through selecting custom window treatments, delivering a seamless buying experience.

With company-provided leads, paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you’ll build relationships, close sales, and manage schedules while traveling locally. Evening and weekend availability helps you maximize earnings.

Formación

• Excellent people skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Willing to work evenings and at least one weekend day.
• Background in sales, hospitality or customer service is helpful; design experience not required.

Who You Are

• A people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others
• Motivated by performance and excited about uncapped earning potential
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments
• Open to working evenings and at least one weekend day
• Have reliable transportation and are comfortable traveling locally
• *Backgrounds that do well in this role include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced environments, but no prior design experience is required.
