Job summary

Window Nation is hiring Outside Sales Representatives to conduct in-home presentations of our window replacement solutions in the San Antonio metro area. You will present professionally, listen to customer needs, and tailor solutions to drive sales and outstanding customer experiences.

Expect a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, travel up to 80 miles one way, and CRM-based documentation. First 60 days offer base training pay with commissions, then 100% commission with strong

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in customer-facing sales.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and one or both weekend days.

OurOutside Sales Representativesconduct in-homesalespresentations of our extensive array of home improvement-related products and services. Our Outside Sales Representatives‘live the brand’ by presenting professionally, demonstrating a wealth of knowledge of the company’s offerings, and otherwise ensuring the best possible sales/post-sales customer experience

What You'll Do:

• Present our industry-leading home improvement products with professionalism and integrity
• Actively listen to customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Build relationships that lead to sales and repeat business

Role Expectations:

• No cold calling - we provide pre-set, high-quality appointments
• Travel to customer homes (may require driving up to 80+ miles one way)
• Deliver engaging presentations, provide written estimates, and complete documentation
• Maintain accurate CRM records and guide customers through financing and next steps
• Flexibility for evening and weekend appointments to match homeowner availability

Schedule & Availability:

This is a customer-facing sales role with a schedule driven by customer demand. To be successful in this position, you must have a flexible schedule and be available to work evenings and weekends.

Sales Representatives typically work5-6 days/week, including one or both weekend days, depending on the season and business needs. Typical appointment windows are:

• Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 6:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 3:00 PM
• Appointment times may vary based on customer availability

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and one or both weekend days, based on customer demand and business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years in outside, commissioned, or in-home sales
• Comfortable using iPad-based applications
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure
• Proven ability to exceed performance targets

Earning Potential:

First 60 Days:

• Earn commissions plus guaranteed base training pay of up to $2,700/month while you ramp up and learn our proven sales process

After 60 Days:

• 100% commission with UNCAPPED earning potential - your effort directly drives your paycheck

On-Target Earnings (100% Commission):

• First 12 month average (ramp-up year): $90k–$130k
• Fully ramped-up average performers: $130k–$190k
• Top performers: $350k+
