About the Role - As an Outside Sales Representative for McLeod Software, you will be responsible for developing existing and creating new sales opportunities among new prospect opportunities within the territory of the following states: Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Kansas, Nebraska, and Washington. The successful candidate should be able to use consultative selling skills to clearly understand the prospect’s business requirements and recommend the appropriate McLeod Software solution. Collaborative team selling experience is a plus. Successful candidates will be able to earn trust and obtain agreement throughout the stages of the sales cycle. Excellent communication skills and the ability to plan, prioritize and set goals are required.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have at least 5 years of outside sales experience and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with a defined sales process is preferred.
Travel:
Ability to travel 50% or more depending on needs of the business.
