Job summary

ISCO Industries, Inc. is seeking a sales-oriented professional to develop and grow customer relationships within the Reading, PA area.

You will explore new business opportunities, contact prospects, and record them in the database, while promoting ISCO products and services. You will work to form alliances with customers to maximize revenue, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate sales efforts with the customer service team.

Responsibilities

• Exploring new business opportunities and prospects within a designated territory, contacting prospects, resolving problems
• Recording new prospects into the database
• Representing ISCO in industry associations to develop relationships
• Researching solutions for prospect/customer needs using sales tools
• Communicating the value of ISCO products and services to prospects
• Developing accounts and building customer relationships, forming alliances to maximize revenue
• Improving customer satisfaction and positive business relationships
• Preparing sales information and quotes, market analysis and sales expenses for management
• Engaging in receivables collection as necessary
• Coordinating sales efforts with customer service and attending sales meetings
• Other duties as deemed necessary

Responsibilities

• Exploring new business opportunities and prospects which may include but are not limited to:
  • Making contact with prospects within a designated territory; resolving problems
  • Recording new prospects into the database
  • Representing ISCO within the industry, trade or professional associations to develop/promote positive relationships
  • Researching solutions (utilizing the sales tools available) for finding solutions to the prospect/customer needs
  • Communicating the value of ISCO products and services through interactions with various prospects
• Developing accounts and building customer relationships, this may include but is not limited to:
  • Forming alliances and partnering with customers to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Improving customer satisfaction and developing positive business relationships with customers
  • Communicating the value of ISCO products and services through various interactions
• Preparing sales information and quotes for the customer, market analysis and sales expenses for management
• Engaging in the collection of receivables as necessary
• To coordinate all sales efforts, both preparation for and direct prospect interaction, and work as a team with the customer service associate, such activities may include but are not limited to:
  • Research for, prepare presentation and report for, and attend sales meetings
  • Make decisions and negotiate pricing for various sales efforts
