Position Overview

As a Territory Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of 60–70 existing accounts while prospecting and closing new business opportunities across Rhode Island and Cape Cod. Your focus will be on building long-term relationships with plumbing contractors, retailers, and mechanical service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by expanding current customer relationships and developing new business.
  • Conduct in-person and remote sales engagements with plumbing contractors, retailers, and mechanical service firms.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal support teams to deliver seamless service to clients.
  • Maintain a flexible, self-directed schedule that accommodates customer needs (outside of standard 8–5 hours).
  • Represent the company with professionalism and product knowledge at trade shows and customer visits.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience in B2B outside sales, ideally within the plumbing, construction, or mechanical contracting sectors.
  • Strong relationship-building and territory development skills.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
  • Knowledge of plumbing/OEM parts is a strong plus.
