Job summary

Southern Industries is seeking an In Home Sales Representative who will work with preset, provided leads and present/close sales in customers' homes. You’ll deliver consultative demonstrations, tailor solutions to homeowner needs, and build lasting relationships while representing the brand with professionalism.

Expect uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, with average earnings up to $95,000–$100,000 and top performers reaching $150,000+.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation and closing skills.
• Positive, competitive, goal-driven mindset; coachable and growth oriented.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform occasional bending/kneeling.
