Rasa Floors is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Phoenix, AZ to develop a new territory within the multifamily flooring market. You’ll build relationships with property managers and key decision-makers, conduct site visits, present flooring solutions, and close business to grow recurring revenue.

Starting with a guaranteed first-year compensation of $70,000 and an opportunity to earn up to $150,000+, this role offers substantial growth as you expand your territory under our

Outside Sales Representative [Phoenix, AZ]

• $70,000 guaranteed first-year compensation — $55,000 fixed compensation + $15,000 guaranteed minimum commission

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable prospecting for new business
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized and able to independently manage a territory and pipeline
• Sales, business development, account management, construction, property management, building materials, or related experience preferred
• High-potential early-career candidates are encouraged to apply
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the territory
