Sales Focus Inc. is hiring full-time Residential Sales Representatives on behalf of our client A3 Smart Home to educate homeowners and close installations in the Phoenix area. This role offers base pay plus uncapped commission with bi-weekly pay and strong training.

Base Pay + Uncapped Commission | $55K–$100K+ OTE
Sales Focus Inc., the pioneer in sales outsourcing, is hiring full-time Residential Sales Representatives on behalf of our client A3 Smart Home, a leading provider of home security and smart home solutions.
This is a W-2 full-time position offering base pay plus uncapped commission, providing both income stability and significant earning potential.

Compensation

• Base pay + uncapped commission

• On Target Earnings: $55,000 – $100,000+ annually

• W-2 full-time employment

• Bi-Weekly pay

• Performance bonuses and incentives available
