As part of a W-2 full-time position, you will engage homeowners, educate them on security options, qualify needs, and close installations. No prior sales experience is required; success comes from motivation and communication skills.

Sales Focus Inc., the pioneer in sales outsourcing, is hiring full-time Residential Sales Representatives on behalf of our client A3 Smart Home, a leading provider of home security and smart home solutions.

This is a W-2 full-time position offering base pay plus uncapped commission, providing both income stability and significant earning potential.

Compensation

• Base pay + uncapped commission
• On Target Earnings: $55,000 – $100,000+ annually
• W-2 full-time employment
• Bi-Weekly pay
• Performance bonuses and incentives available
