Generator Supercenter is seeking a results‑driven Sales Representative to actively pursue and engage customer prospects. You will run appointments, visit sites to assess needs, and present detailed proposals.

The role requires strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills and a performance-driven mindset. Ideal candidates can manage time well, follow up on leads, and close sales while coordinating with HQ.

Responsibilities

• Run appointments with customers based on incoming leads.
• Visit customer locations to analyze needs and prepare detailed proposals.
• Negotiate and close the sale.
• Process orders and provide documents to office staff.
• Spend time managing displays at big box stores and taking leads.
• Follow up on older leads as tracked in the system.
• Maintain positive business relationships for future sales.
• Achieve agreed sales targets within schedule.

Job description

Generator Supercenter is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

• Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Running appointments with customers based on incoming leads.
• Visiting customer locations, analyzing customer needs, and putting a detailed proposal together.
• Negotiate and close the sale.
• Process order and provide office staff with all required documentation.
• Spend a certain amount of time managing displays at the big box stores and taking leads if needed.
• Following up on older leads as tracked within the company system.
• Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Outside Sales Reps are required to report into HQ throughout the week as needed.

Requirements:

• Must have Valid TDL, Good Driving Record, Pass a Background Check and Reliable Transportation.

Income + Sales Commissions: $50K (BASE) + Bonuses + Company Vehicle + Company Fuel Card

• 15-18 sales - $150 ea sale
• 19-22 sales - $200 ea sale
• 23 + sales - $300 ea sale
