Responsibilities:
  1. Create a list of potential clients and manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
  2. Perform compelling demos that engage prospects.
  3. This is a work-from-home field sales role; local residence is required.
  4. Collaborate across teams to turn sales promises into realities.
  5. Use Atlas, our sales tool, effectively to manage activities.
  6. Understand competitors thoroughly and position Heartland effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to visit client sites regularly.
  • Background check following a conditional offer.
  • Mandatory drug screening near the 60th day of employment.
  • Reside in the relevant local area.
  • Ability to spend at least 75% of time in the field.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Complete drug screening around the 60th day of employment.
Additional Requirements:
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with flexibility and creativity.
  • Experience in cold-calling and canvassing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations is advantageous.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Must live in the local area.
