We’re RoboOp365, a fast-moving robotics company transforming food service with robots that cook, serve, and get the job done. We sell directly to restaurants and senior care facilities. Business is booming, and we’re hiring a full-time Contracted Outside Sales Representative who can generate leads, make calls, knock on doors, and close deals.

This is true outbound selling—both in person and over the phone—directly with decision-makers in the food service and senior care industries.

What You’ll Do

  1. Prospect for new business: Visit restaurants and assisted living facilities to pitch, demo, and close deals.
  2. Make high-volume outbound sales calls daily to qualify prospects and book appointments.
  3. Go door-to-door and build in-person relationships with business owners and facility managers.
  4. Own the entire sales cycle—from outreach to signed contract.
  5. Deliver compelling demos (in-person or remote) to show the ROI of our robotics platform.
  6. Drive urgency, follow up relentlessly, and hit aggressive sales targets.
  7. Track and report weekly metrics to the team.

Who You Are

  1. A highly motivated sales professional with outbound and face-to-face sales experience.
  2. You’ve worked with or sold to:
  3. Assisted or senior living facilities
  4. Comfortable with both cold calls and in-person visits.
  5. Confident communicator who can pitch, persuade, and handle objections with ease.
  6. A self-starter who thrives working remotely and independently.
  7. Energetic, driven, and competitive — you like to win and get paid for performance.

  1. Realistic OTE of $110,000+, with no upper limit
  2. 5% uncapped commission on all sales — no ceiling
