Job summary

Uline in Knoxville, TN is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to build our growing market in the region. You will manage and grow accounts, plan and conduct on-site visits Monday through Friday, and craft client solutions using our extensive product lineup of over 43,000 items.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a valid driver’s license. A background in sales management is a plus, with strong communication and presentation skills.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing accounts as well as prospect for new business.
• Spend Monday planning and scheduling, on-site visits with customers Tuesday - Friday.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of previous sales experience.
• Sales Management experience a plus.
• Excellent written / verbal communication, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and great driving record.
