Job summary

Holland Roofing Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial roofing repair and maintenance business in the Nashville, TN area. This field-based role offers strong earning potential and long-term stability.

Key duties include prospecting new accounts, maintaining client relationships, inspecting roofs, and proposing repair solutions. You will track opportunities in RoofScope and strive to meet sales goals while leveraging a base salary plus

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years outside B2B sales experience.
• Construction or building services experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
