Position Overview

As a Sales Representative at Viking Contractors LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and representing our brand to homeowners. We are seeking driven and self-motivated individuals who are eager to face challenges and enjoy high rewards. While previous roofing or sales experience is not required, a genuine desire to earn more and excel in a competitive environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Set your own schedules and follow through with homeowners professionally and efficiently
• Meet with homeowners at their residences in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct roof assessments to evaluate storm damage and insurance claim viability (training provided)
• Manage documents and forms efficiently, and maintain an organized schedule using Google Calendar
• Act as a mediator between insurance adjusters and our customers
• Deliver exceptional customer service from initial contact to conflict resolution
