The Role

This position goes beyond traditional sales and is designed for someone who wants to be deeply involved in the day-to-day operations and growth of our companies. You will be responsible for managing a sales pipeline, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the owner in a variety of capacities. This is a very independent role, and success will be a direct result of your initiative and dedication.

Key Sales Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales consultations for roofing and exterior projects for both companies.
• Manage and attend pre-set appointments with potential clients.
• Proactively set new appointments by making calls from provided customer lists.
• Engage in door-to-door sales in neighborhoods where we have a strong reputation.
• Follow up on appointments from other sales team members to help close deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Clearly and effectively communicate project details, pricing, and timelines to customers.
