It’s a career—one where you control your success, your income, and your future. Our best team members are earning six figures by year two, buying their first homes, paying off debt, and building real financial freedom. We offer a best-in-class training program, expert mentorship, and a supportive team environment. If you show up, work hard, and stay motivated, you cannot lose.

• Sell with confidence – Help homeowners understand their options and maximize their insurance claims.
• Own the process – From first inspection to final payment you control your success.
• Grow with us – Hit your goals and we’ll help you move into leadership and beyond.

What You Get

• Uncapped earnings – Earn 20% of project profits, with top reps clearing $100K+ in year two.

Who We’re Looking For

• Competitive, driven hustlers – You want to take control of your future and finances.
• Natural communicators – You can talk to anyone and close deals with confidence.

• Physically capable – You’re comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting rooftops.
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license – You’ll be in the field daily.
• Sales experience (2+ years preferred) – But if you’ve got the hustle, we’ll teach you the rest.
