Job summary

Staffworks Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our staffing and construction workforce solutions across Milwaukee. The role focuses on building relationships with contractors, trades companies, manufacturers, and industrial employers to provide staffing solutions.

You will generate new business, strengthen client relationships, and work with recruiters to meet customer hiring needs, while driving a strong sales pipeline in the Milwaukee market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience preferred.
• Staffing industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience calling on construction contractors, skilled trades teams, manufacturers, or staffing clients is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to develop and grow business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Conduct customer visits and job site walk-throughs to understand workforce needs.

$55,000–$65,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Staffworks Group is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow our construction and skilled trades staffing business throughout the Milwaukee market. This role focuses on developing new relationships with construction contractors, skilled trades companies, manufacturers, and industrial employers by providing workforce and staffing solutions that help solve their hiring challenges.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, and working closely with our recruiting team to deliver staffing solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling

• Base salary of $55,000–$65,000 based on experience
• Uncapped commission opportunity
