Job summary

Mad City Windows is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to earn up to $200,000+ annually in uncapped commissions. This is a full-time, W-2 position requiring self-motivation and strong sales skills.

You will deliver engaging sales presentations in customer homes, set individual sales targets, and negotiate sales contracts. Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are preferred, along with previous sales experience in home improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have a personal vehicle with a valid driver's license.
• In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred.
• Experience in Windows and Doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, or HVAC sales is a plus.

About This Role

• Deliver interactive sales presentations on our products & services to decision-makers at their homes
• Apply consistent effort and a great attitude to meet sales goals
• Set individual sales targets
• Track sales goals and report results
• Promote company products and services
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
• Work a full schedule, including weekend and holiday flexibility

Key Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and results-oriented
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work evening and weekend appointments
• Personal vehicle with valid driver's license
• In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred
  • Windows and Doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, car sales, HVAC sales experience - a plus!
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish- a plus!
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Work successfully without requiring close supervision
• This position requires a criminal background check
