Job summary

Renuity is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive in-home sales and deliver presentations to homeowners. The role offers uncapped commissions, a high-performance culture, and state‑of‑the‑art training.

You will build relationships, set and pursue targets, and negotiate contracts while maintaining exceptional customer service. Training is provided, and travel to the Orlando area may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work evening and weekend appointments.
• Personal vehicle with valid driver’s license.
• In‑Home Sales or B2C Sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish – a plus.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Work successfully without requiring close supervision.
• This position requires a criminal background check.
