Job summary

Mad City Windows is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. In this full-time role, you can earn between $150,000 and $200,000+ annually through uncapped commissions. You will deliver engaging sales presentations, set sales targets, and promote our products.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with exceptional customer service skills. A personal vehicle and a valid driver's license are required. Experience in In-Home Sales or Consumer Sales is preferred.

About This Role

• Deliver interactive sales presentations on our products & services to decision-makers at their homes
• Apply consistent effort and a great attitude to meet sales goals
• Set individual sales targets
• Track sales goals and report results
• Promote company products and services
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
• Work a full schedule, including weekend and holiday flexibility

Key Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and results-oriented
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work evening and weekend appointments
• Personal vehicle with valid driver's license
• In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred
  • Windows and Doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, car sales, HVAC sales experience - a plus!
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish- a plus!
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Work successfully without requiring close supervision
• This position requires a criminal background check
