Job summary

Renuity is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Florida to drive in-home selling of our products and services. You will engage decision-makers, present compelling proposals, and negotiate contracts while managing a full schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

The role offers uncapped commissions, a high‑performance culture, state‑of‑the‑art training, and opportunities for travel rewards with medical/dental/vision coverage. Experience in related sales areas is a plus.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Owns a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• In-Home or B2C sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

About This Role

• Deliver interactive sales presentations on our products & services to decision‑makers at their homes

Key Qualifications

• Must be self‑motivated and results‑oriented
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work evening and weekend appointments
• Personal vehicle with valid driver’s license
• In‑Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred
• Windows and Doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, car sales, HVAC sales experience – a plus!
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish – a plus!
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Work successfully without requiring close supervision
• This position requires a criminal background check
