Job summary

The Exterior Company is seeking Outside Sales Representatives in Pennsylvania. You will promote TEC’s exterior services, inspect roofs for weather-related damage, assist homeowners with insurance claims, and close sales while guiding projects through to completion.

You will build customer relationships through door-to-door outreach and referrals, oversee installation teams, and ensure high-quality workmanship with a strong emphasis on service. No experience needed; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively and promote services throughout the project lifecycle.
• Must navigate insurance claims process with homeowners.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships using door-knocking leads and referrals.
• Must be able to inspect roofs for damage and oversee project quality.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain safety standards.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll run the show and be the face of TEC to the customer. You will inspect roofs for damage resulting from severe weather, assist the homeowner with the insurance claims process, create the scope/estimate of the project, close the sale, and oversee the entire construction process to ensure a smooth experience for our customer.

About the job:

• Oversee teams on projects and installations to ensure quality of work is up to TEC’s quality standards;


• Must be able to get on roofs to inspect for damage along with looking for damage around siding and gutters;


• Provide exceptional customer service;


• Must have a valid drivers license.
