Job summary

The Exterior Company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to be the face of TEC to homeowners. You''ll inspect roofs for weather damage, assist with insurance claims, create scope/estimates, close the sale, and oversee construction to ensure quality and a smooth customer experience.

No prior experience is required—we will train you to succeed and grow within the company. The role offers unlimited earning potential and a full commission structure in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and sales skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Willingness to door knock and generate leads.
• Capable of traveling to job sites and coordinating with teams.
• Must have a valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Promote TEC’s services and build client relationships through the project lifecycle.
• Assist homeowners with navigating the insurance claims process.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships using leads from door-knocking and referrals.
• Oversee construction teams to ensure TEC quality standards.
• Inspect job sites and identify roofing/siding/gutter damage.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and travel as needed.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll run the show and be the face of TEC to the customer. You will inspect roofs for damage resulting from severe weather, assist the homeowner with the insurance claims process, create the scope/estimate of the project, close the sale, and oversee the entire construction process to ensure a smooth experience for our customer.

About the job:

• Promote TEC’s services and products to potential customers and communicate effectively through the project lifecycle;
• Assist homeowners with navigating the insurance claims process;
• Must be able to develop and maintain customer relationship by using a combination of leads achieved through door knocking, and referrals;
• Oversee teams on projects and installations to ensure quality of work is up to TEC’s quality standards;
• Must be able to get on roofs to inspect for damage along with looking for damage around siding and gutters;
• Provide exceptional customer service;
• Must have a valid drivers license.
