Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Las Vegas, NV. You will reach homeowners to generate sales, often by door-to-door outreach, mail, and calls, and you will explain the benefits and pricing of our services. No sales experience is required; training is provided, and you will work with a friendly, supportive team.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?
