Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Pineville, NC. Candidates will primarily be responsible for generating sales by reaching out to homeowners, including making calls and visiting properties. While no sales experience is necessary as training will be provided, candidates are expected to demonstrate enthusiasm and a customer-first mindset.

The position offers competitive pay between $65K and $75K annually, with bonuses and benefits including a company vehicle, health insurance, and more.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

No Sales Experience Necessary, we will train you! As a HomeTeam Inside Sales Representative, you can expect to:

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?
