HomeTeam Pest Defense is looking for an Outside Sales Representative in Lake Worth, Texas. This role offers a great opportunity for growth with competitive pay of $70K annually, including hourly plus commission. You will reach out to homeowners, build relationships, and explain the benefits of HomeTeam’s products in a friendly and supportive work environment.

Successful candidates must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED and possess a valid driver’s license. HomeTeam values people first, and you will have the tools and training necessary to excel in this position.

Responsibilities

No Sales Experience Necessary, we will train you! As a HomeTeam Outside Sales Representative, you can expect to:

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long‑term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?
